Shipping Method
DocSmithProgram.com uses United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail delivery for all of our shipments.
Shipping and Handling Rate
The rate for shipping and handling will be calculated during the ordering process according to standard USPS shipping rates, plus applicable handling fees. You will have the opportunity to review your shipping and handling rates prior to completing your transaction.
Delivery Times and Destinations
Most purchases within the contiguous 48 states are intended to arrive within 3 to 7 days after the order has been processed. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, select U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
Please note that in some instances items that are ordered together may not arrive in the same box and therefore may not arrive at the same time.
For shipments to APO/FPO addresses, ensure your order is delivered in a timely fashion and charged the correct shipping amount by simply entering the requested shipping information that is requested during the checkout process along with the following exceptions:
- For 'City', enter 'APO' or 'FPO' plus location abbreviation (e.g., AE, AA, AP)
- For 'State', select 'Other'
- For 'Country', select 'United States'
- For 'Postal Code', enter 5 digit APO postal Code
For shipments to select US Territories, ensure your order is delivered in a timely fashion and charged the correct shipping amount by simply entering the requested shipping information that is requested during the checkout process along with the following exceptions:
- For 'State', select 'Other'
- For 'Country', select one of the territories we ship to
- For 'Postal Code', enter your territory's 5 digit postal code
Shipment Status
After your order has been processed and all or part of it has been picked up for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email from DocSmithProgram.com, notifying you that your order has shipped.
If you created an account or logged into your existing account prior to placing your order on DocSmithProgram.com, you will also have the ability to view your order's status through the My Account feature.
Shipping to Your Billing Address
For your convenience, if you wish to have an order shipped to the same address as your 'Billing Address', be sure to click the "Copy from Billing Address" button in the 'Shipping Address' step during the checkout process. This will prevent you from having to enter the same address twice.
Shipping to a Non-billing Address
If you wish to ship an order to an address other than your Billing Address, be sure to list the additional address you want the order shipped to in the 'Shipping Address' step during the checkout process.
Returns and Exchanges
Within 15 days of shipping date, you may return your items to DocSmithProgram.com for refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
- Received item that was damaged, defective or missing parts
- Received an item that was not ordered
- Ordered the wrong item (item must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories)
- Did not like item or changed mind (item must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories)
We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened supplements (taken out of plastic wrap, unsealed lid or broken seal), items not containing original packaging or items returned more than 15 days after shipping date.
For any order that is a result of our error, we will credit back any associated return shipping fees. Similarly, for any items we send back as replacements due to our fault, we will not charge additional shipping. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund.
If the item you are returning was billed to somebody else, please note that any refund will be issued to the person who purchased the product.
Returns Process
Returns for DocSmithProgram.com are received through UPS or USPS for either refund or replacement. To make a return, please send us back proof of purchase (such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice) along with your original merchandise in its new condition. Please indicate the reason for your return, and if you are requesting a refund or replacement. Then place the proof of purchase and your merchandise back in the original box and send the package to:

Once we receive your request, we will process your request according to our policies. Any associated refund will be processed within 30 days and made in the form of the original payment or check, and sent to the original billing address (if applicable).
Please note that proof of purchase is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Be sure to keep a copy of the original invoice for your records.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, you must do so before your order ships. We make our best efforts to expedite orders quickly, so if you change your mind, please notify us immediately.
To cancel your order simply send an email to webstore@docsmithprogram.com and include your order number and the word "cancellation" in the subject line.
If we have the ability to successfully process your cancellation request before your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email and will issue a refund for your order. If your order has shipped prior to you sending a cancellation request, please follow the process outlined for Returns Process listed above.
